Site Assessment & Engineering (Pre-Installation)
This involves evaluating the gate's physical condition, including its length, material, and weight. The service provider must calculate the Gate Weight and friction levels to select the appropriate motor capacity (typically measured in kilograms, e.g., 600kg, 1000kg, or 2000kg).
Structural & Foundation Work
Foundation Casting: Constructing a stable concrete base to mount the motor, ensuring it remains level and secure against the torque of the machine.
Gear Rack Installation: Precision welding or bolting of the gear racks to the gate frame to ensure smooth movement and minimize mechanical wear.
Electrical & Control Systems
Wiring & Power Supply: Running AC or DC power lines to the installation point and connecting sensors.
Logic Board Configuration: Setting up the Control Board parameters, such as opening/closing speed and Soft Start-Stop functions to prevent jarring impacts.
Safety & Security Features
A core part of the service is the installation of Photo Sensors (Infrared Beams) to prevent the gate from closing on people, vehicles, or pets. It also includes setting up a Manual Release system for operation during power outages.
Commissioning & After-Sales Support
Handover: Registering remote controls, testing the range, and instructing the user on emergency manual operation.
Maintenance: Providing ongoing support, such as lubricating the gear racks and inspecting electrical contacts.
