Genius Falcon (AG-FC-1400/AG-FC-2000 models) are high-quality sliding gate motors from Italy, designed for durability and high safety. They support gate weights from 1,400 kg (AG-FC-1400) to 2,000 kg (AG-FC-2000) and feature a magnetic limit switch system, robust aluminum construction, and user-friendly control panel.

1. Durability and Premium Materials

Robust Construction: The gear motor body is made of die-cast aluminum and coated with polyester powder paint, providing excellent corrosion resistance and weather resistance.
ABS Cover: High-quality ABS plastic is used for the housing to protect the internal control unit from dust and water splashes (IP44 standard).
Internal Mechanism: The drive gear is made of bronze, and the worm gear is made of steel (steel worm-screw), which reduces wear and tear and ensures quiet operation.

2. Precise Technology and Control

Magnetic Limit Switch: Uses a magnetic cut-off system, which is highly precise and reduces the problem of contact failure or sticking like older spring-based systems.
Intelligent Control Panel: "C" series (e.g., M14C, M20C) come with a control board with a display screen, making programming easy and precise, such as torque adjustment and soft start/stop.
Rotating Panel: The control panel can be rotated to allow installers easy access to buttons and wiring in confined spaces.

3. Safety and Functionality

Key Release System: In case of power failure, a personalized key can be used to easily unlock and manually push the door.
Electronic Clutch: Features an electronic clutch system that controls pressure for safer operation (anti-crushing safety).
Heavy Load Capacity: * AG-FC-1400: Supports door weight up to 1,400 kg.
AG-FC-2000: Supports door weight up to 2,000 kg.

4. Performance

Duty Cycle 40%: Designed for continuous operation, suitable for large residential homes, industrial plants, and housing estates with high traffic.
Stable Heat: Features a Thermal Protection system that shuts off operation at 140°C to prevent motor burnout in case of overload.
